I'm out of school, 18 and renting on the edge of town. I can't believe it's halfway though the year already. I work at 'Lotties Coffee Pot'; a small cafe, where the coffee machine is broken and the washing machine is me. Not that I mind at all. I have great bosses, and once, over easter, I closed up with a smirnoff in one hand. It was a pressie from the cook. I've been promised a promo girl job in a 50cc shop specialising in THOR, FOX and
UNIT clothing. I really hope it goes through.

I still live with Ethan and we keep each other happy. He's gone from a 250 Kawasaki dirtbike, to a ZX600 NINJA. I got me an 03 model 2door Mitsubishi Lancer. Not that I can drive or anything. I know 16 year olds with more experience than me. Still, it a pretty lavish life to start out in. Whoever said the economic crisis wouldn't affect
them never had their future invested in Aussie equities though.

Today I'm off work. It's getting colder every day so I'm wrapped up in a fleece blanket with the cat, Kurou. I have wireless internet but it plays up a lot. Saturday means archery lessons in town. We're both pretty good and maybe we'll have to join the club someday. I want to travel but Ethan's job at Bob Jane means we can only go for two days at a time unless he works for a few months to save up a day or two. My job sort of stops me too, but
we've got three new employees and when they're used to the routines I might be able to get some extra time off.
